I joined a cross-border remittance platform with no design system and no documented process and built both while the company grew to 100,000+ users and $10M+ in monthly transactions across NGN, CAD, GBP, and AUD corridors.

Senior Product Designer, then Design Lead (contract), July 2021–October 2025. Alerzoshop connects informal retailers across Nigeria to wholesale stock. Ordering used to be manual: retailers placed orders by phone or through an in-person relay, which routinely took days. I designed the self-serve ordering flow that replaced it.

Senior Product Designer, April 2022–December 2024. I redesigned the onboarding and transaction flows for a consumer bill-payment and wallet app, making payments 40% faster and increasing successful wallet funding by 25%.
